This place has gone downhill in big way. Absolutely terrible joint. They also offer Free WiFi. Great accommodation for 2 nights stay in Ballina, room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Physical activity and your heart health
For the price it wasn't too bad. Rooms with single or double beds. Shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. Guests are responsible for the general cleanliness of the kitchen which at first I though would be a disaster but surprisingly everyone pulls their weight and the kitchen is clean and tidy. The bathrooms are clean and provide services as intended. There is an older "wing" which is a little dated and as such appears rundown despite their cleanliness.
I certainly wouldn't disregard this location for a short stay.
