Easy to get to most places in Paralowie by walking or short distance in car. Kids love playing in parks and walking to shops and school. Recommended for Families with kids. Peaceful, nice houses, walk ways, up market for this area, a hidden gem! Great to buy a block of land and build!

Pros A great place to raise your family Close to all facilities including a park. Good quality affordable homes. Recommended for Professionals Families with kids Retirees. The recent release of The Orchard at Direk the new Salisbury will add value to the area. Where there were once dated housing, we now have stylish brand new up market houses. Despite this transformation Paralowie has retained it's vibrant and friendly community spirit. This exciting transformation is still in it's early days and should provide for enormous growth in the coming years. Recommended for Professionals Singles Families with kids Retirees.

The town was developed in the early seventies and saw rapid growth in the eighties and nineties and has been slowly evolving to it's current existence. I have been a resident for 10 years and have seen many highs and lows. The area is very well serviced with schools,shops and public transport in abundance. Their are pockets of older homes and pockets of to homes plus the latest and ongoing more modern offerings.
The majority of residents are owner occupiers but their is also investment opportunity via rental properties including units and apartments.

Barossa Valley wineries a short drive, safe off road parking. I really enjoyed their companies and they have the best dogs Harriet who is just absolutely adorable! The place is farm-life so you get tons of fresh air! The chooks and pigeons are fun to watch as well!
The whole month I felt like I was very welcomed and it felt like home! Everything was perfect. Amazing place as you get space to yourself quite separated from the rest of the house.

Bathroom and bedrooms were always kept clean and they were happy to clean the room and change my sheets while I was busy with work. I also did laundry with no issues. Penny cooked a lot of homemade dinners for me as well as the restrictions were still in place for COVID. They were very delicious!
And Brian was always ready to help me with anything! Thank you again, Brian and Penny!
Will be back whenever I can. Bedroom with comfortable queen size bed available in my modern feel home. Polished wood floors. Quiet residential street. A good place to unwind after a day of sightseeing or work. City approx 30 mins by car, 14km. Mawson Lakes short 10 min by car, 4km. Ingle Farm Shopping Centre 15min walk. Other local Shops close by. Clean, organized and welcoming. The bed was SO comfy and the room was spacious - I was able to relax after a few days of travelling. And just like everybody else The area: lots of parks to run to, plenty of shops, grocery shops and cafes.
