I ordered a seafood Laksa stating I would like rice noodles I am coeliac and also some chilli on the side.
I waited another 10 mins; by then I was the only customer. An Asian man walked in then went out the back with a bag of shopping. He came behind the counter and started cooking.
He cooked up 3 batches of stir fry and put them takeaway containers apparently, a phone order he then decided to make my Laksa. After close to 30 minutes, the young waitress brought my soup-I didn't get my chilli or a serviette.

On looking closely, I noticed there was a combination of rice and egg noodles in my soup, obviously the latter was left over in the wok from the previous orders. I called the waitress and explained I would be sick if I ate these wheat filled noodles.
I received an apology and the cook remade my soup. It came back minus the lovely garnishes usually coriander and fried onion and the seafood was virtually non existent I ate everything because about 45 mins had gone by and I was starving! I am over 60 years old and eat out a lot and I think that was the worst service I have ever seen.
People like this don't deserve to be in business! Own or manage this property?
